Golden View Hotel - Nagoya

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel! The spacious family room was perfect for our needs and the beds were comfortable with fluffy pillows. The hotel's location in a sub rural area provided a relaxing and peaceful environment away from the busy city. We also appreciated the free shuttle service to nearby attractions like Belalang Adventure and the shopping malls. The staff at this place were extremely helpful and went the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. The facilities here made us feel like we were at a resort rather than a hotel. We were pleasantly surprised to discover that we also received a 20% discount at the onsite restaurant, which served delicious food.

Grab was not allowed to pick up passengers at this hotel, forcing us to use the hotel taxi at a higher price. However, despite this inconvenience, we would still highly recommend this hotel for its luxurious amenities, enhanced comfort, and quality services.

The smell of refreshing air freshener in the room.

The bedsheet was only a thin layer of white cloth. The pillow cases and bedsheet (if you can call it bedsheet) was yellowish in colour and the comforter was so crumpled and looks like it had not been change for quite some time. The toilet doesnt looked clean and the towels looks old.

within a walking distance of jalan harbour bay. it is in front of the airport. free parking onsite was provided.

Conveniently located just 9 miles from Hang Nadim airport, making it a breeze to get here. 🛬 Perfect spot for a relaxing vacation in Batam.

The breakfast wasn't so great

The bed mattress were of used item. The mattress spring could be felt if slept on. The bar counter and fridge were empty. Pillow too soft. tv too unsuitable for the room and has no tv cable.

The hotel provides free shuttle service to shopping malls, clean and comfortable rooms, inclusive breakfast, helpful staff, and a spacious swimming pool with slides for children. There are also street vendors and convenient stores nearby.

Nothing not to like.

Emma the receptionist was awesome. Location was 10min drive to Nagoya hill. Room was perfect. Facilities was fantastic.

Love the rooms as they were enormous with jaquzzi tubs with awesome view. Seafood was just minutes away from the hotel lobby. And breakfast was delicous with pool view.

The only thing i dun like is having to wait for another room and having to wait for it to get ready after booked it. Need to buck up on that only thou.

the hotel staff was friendly, and the family room was spacious with two bathrooms, perfect for a comfortable stay. the breakfast buffet was excellent, and the hotel also offered complimentary bicycles to make travelling easier for us.

One of the guests mentioned bed bug bites, which could be a concern regarding hygiene.

During my recent stay at Golden View, I was really surprised by the spacious and clean beautiful room. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were polite and efficient. The hotel's amenities, such as the swimming pool and kids playroom, were a great addition. the location was convenient with the famous Golden Prawn seafood restaurant within steps. I had a pleasant stay at Golden View.

The hotel had a convenient location that offered easy access to nearby restaurants and attractions. the room was spacious and comfortable, providing us with all the basic amenities we needed. We also enjoyed the available amenities, such as the swimming pool and sports facilities, as well as the friendly and helpful staff.

There was an unpleasant smell that persisted throughout the hotel, including in our room. the moldy ceiling and the thin bathtub material were also a downside.

Comfortable stay with great scenery and facilities. The breakfast had plenty of variety and the staff were extremely helpful. The shuttle bus service made getting around easy and hassle-free.

The room was a bit old and outdated, with some broken fixtures. The location was a bit far from other attractions, requiring a taxi or car.

We loved the free shuttle service provided by the hotel to get around and explore nearby shopping centers. The spacious room and variety of TV channels were also great.
